SYSTEM STATUS

This page contains information concerning NC WISE system status and all open and pending new release items. Statuses will be updated anytime there is a system wide problem or issue. Pending and new release items will be reported monthly in the NC WISE Open Reports document.

Adhoc Reporting (AHR)	Good		Wed. Aug. 25, 2010 The nightly ETL process for the Adhoc Reporting System did not run due to source system backup failures that prevented it from running to completion.

The NC WISE team is currently investigating the problem and will update users via the NC WISE email box as more information is discovered. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this issue.	DC14 Only - Tuesday, August 27, 2010 between 1:50 PM and 2:00 PM NC WISE team recycled the data center 14 database.

Personal Identification - Protect your personal account information for NC WISE at all times. Never give your user name and password identification to unknown callers during telephone solicitations or in email. The Department of Public Instruction will not ask for your user account and password information for NC WISE. Any misuse of personal identification should be reported via email to security-group@dpi.state.nc.us.
